Today I realized that in the LW Weekend Challenge guide I forgot to add the smoothie recipe! I apologize, I didn’t notice until I flipped the page in my challenge printout today and realized it wasn’t there. Somehow, despite editing for weeks I failed to notice something was missing.
Again, I’m so sorry. Here is the recipe below. I make this quite a few times in a week. It keeps me full and it’s delicious! For a smoothie bowl, just double the strawberry or add 1/2 of a frozen banana.
4-Ingredient Strawberry Smoothie
This smoothie is so simple and so refreshing! Most of these ingredients are things you're likely to have around the house already!
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop protein powder
Blend and enjoy! That's it! Just be sure to keep the protein powder out until everything else is blended first. Then pulse the smoothie a few times until protein is mixed in. This ensures that you don't denature your protein in the blender.
