Lean Turkey Meatballs
This recipe was designed to make weekday dinners easy. I use only minimal ingredients which almost everyone already has in their home. This recipe is for those who don't have much time, need a simple and reliable recipe and want something they can freeze for meal prep. As seen in the photo, I like to eat them on top of a Wellness Bowl (recipe will be accessible through the Love Wellness Weekend Challenge digital meal-plan and recipe guide...it's FREE!)
For those looking for an Ultra-Lean version of the recipe, use 1/2 cup egg whites instead of eggs and ground oat flour instead of breadcrumbs. It works the same and still tastes great!

Enjoy on top of a Wellness Bowl (from the FREE Love Wellness Weekend Challenge recipe guide), with spaghetti, or even on their own. Making your own meatballs is a great way to control what goes into your body. Using only a few ingredients, and excluding salt and sugar, makes these meatballs a great way to care for your body and avoid weight gain. A serving of 3 large meatballs has just 225 calories and lots of filling protein for your gorgeous muscles. Try it out and let me know in the comments if you like the recipe as much as I do!
